New solicitor joins Shergroup

A new solicitor has joined Shergroup, one of the leading providers of outsourced business services specialising in enforcement, security, legal and IT solutions.

Graham Smith, 26, has joined Shergroup's Legal Services Team and is now based in Essex, where he will be specialising in litigation and enforcement within debt recovery between landlord and tenants. He will also specialise in the enforcement of High Court Writs.

He previously worked for the Smith Law Partnership in Braintree.

Graham says: "I am really excited by my appointment because Shergroup is an innovative and forward-thinking company that will provide fantastic opportunities to expand my knowledge and experience within Debt Recovery and Landlord and Tenant work and also enforcement of judgements via a High Court Writ."
