For Sherforce clients, the determination of Sherforce Enforcement Officers to achieve results continues unabated,
even in the holiday season. Our Enforcement Officers are out and about all over the Christmas and New Year period,
enforcing judgments to ensure the cash keeps rolling in for all our clients.
As the team looks back over 2009, Sherforce can measure from its internal management stats just how many removals
it has carried out across England and Wales, against a backdrop of indecision and lack of direction by other providers.
Instead of worrying about the logistics and
the cost, Sherforce Enforcement Officers look
for how to achieve a result from enforcing
the judgment. So, some 308 cases where Sherforce
Officers seized stock have been paid, along
with 201 occasions when business equipment
has been seized to compel payment of the debt.
Sherforce also removed 198 vehicles, often
from domestic addresses, which caused judgment
debtors to meet their financial obligations.
That's over 700 cases where the removal of
goods led to full payment of the judgment.
In sharp contrast, only five cases involving household goods were sent to removal, underlining Sherforce's commitment to removing only the right type of
goods in the right circumstances.
Whilst it may not seem a very Merry Christmas for the judgment debtors, Sherforce always presses ahead in December with the enforcement of judgments at
commercial addresses including shops, restaurants, offices, factories and pubs, whilst recognising that the enforcement of judgments at domestic addresses
can wait until the New Year. This means, for Sherforce clients, that the cash continues to be collected, which may mean an early Christmas present for them
or a good start to their 2010 cash flow.
