This brand new Shergroup service is offered exclusively to Shergroup customers as a way to get their typing done in a secure and easy to use Web environment. Re-using technology and processes that were designed for Shergroup's Sherforce and Sherforce Plus services, the ShertalkTM system allows users to upload their voice files in a secure location and then pick up their documents once they have been transcribed.

As part of our launch of this new service, which we are calling the "You Talk, We Type" revolution, we are keen to find out about how people want their text produced to suit the way they work.

As such, we have set up an online survey and are offering a prize draw of a bottle of champagne* if you can spare us five minutes of your busy day to tell us about the way you produce your documents.
